What does your job involve?
My role is developing new customers and new projects, as well as to maintain and manage customer relationships. So it’s both Project Management and Customer Service.
What is something very important/essential in your role?
It is important to communicate with the customer effectively, and at the same time to always be hard working, with passion and patience.
What makes you satisfied/proud at work?
When I have developed new customers or a new project; completed a meaningful project and taken it to market successfully; and when I have won customers’ high praise after many efforts. On top of that, it is well paying, so I am proud to support family.
